Banquet TICA 2008 Annual Banquet and Awards
Join your fellow exhibitors and celebrate the winners and another exciting show season!
Location: Hilton Inn - Arlington
Date: Saturday, August 30
Times: Open Bar - 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Banquet - starts at 7:30 pm

Banquet Menu
All dinners include baby field greens with teardrop tomatoes and roasted sunflower seeds salad, with a choice of Ranch or Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Chef's selection of starch and vegtables, warm rolls and butter, coffee, tea and decaffeinated coffee.
Sirloin of Beef - sliced Roast Sirloin of beef served with Mushroom Green Peppercorn Sauce, dessert is Chocolate Mousse Cake. $46 per person
Chicken Wellington - Chicken breast stuffed with mushroom Duxelle, wrapped in puff pastry, dessert is raspberry Cassis cheesecake. $44 per person
Vegetarian Meal - Parmesan breaded tofu with marinara sauce and grilled Portobello mushrooms, dessert is chocolate mousse cake. $36 per person
All wines, beers and mixed drinks are not included and can be purchased at the cash bar.
Banquet Reservations
How to make your reservation:
You can reserve your seat(s) or table(s) when you enter the show. You will need to include it on your summary sheet.
If you are not entering the show, you can make submit the banquet reservation form.
Reserving Tables:
All tables are tables of 10. If you would like to pay for and reserve a complete table all money must be received at the same time. Our banquet coordinator will be keeping track of all requests and payment received.
Banquet is limited to a maximum of 300 people. A waiting list will be taken for any reservations over that amount.
